29 of the 32 listed dates at Dakesawa Hut currently have space. The soonest is 2026-10-02.
Both figures come from AkiWatch's own record of Dakesawa Hut's published availability.
Dakesawa Hut publishes its cancellation and change rules on its official page (in Japanese). As at most Japanese mountain huts, a fee applies from a few days before the night and a no-show is charged in full — check the current terms on the official page before you book.
Most Japanese mountain huts have no official waitlist — there is usually no queue to put your name on. The only way in is to notice the moment a cancellation appears and book before anyone else.
Openings do not last long, and checking by hand around the clock is not realistic. Let AkiWatch watch it for you and tell you the instant it opens.
Just pick your dates. When a cancellation frees a spot, you get an email or a phone notification.
